Hi all, I'm back after a 3 YEAR break, yes 3 YEARS and regretting regaining all my weight. I'm hoping to get myself back on track to tackle this weight thing 'once and for all'. I hate carrying all this extra weight :( Anyone else out there like me?

Going to an Indian Restaurant
I am going for an Indian meal at the weekend; can anyone advise me what the best food to eat is, I understand that it is very high in calories!!! Can I save a few calories daily, throughout this week, to give me more flexibility? Your views would be gratefully received; many thanks :smile:

Hi I'm totally new on here and am just learning the ropes (so to speak). I need to lose between 40 & 50lbs which seems an awfully long way off!!!! Hopefully with the aid of this site and lots of willpower I will achieve my dream. Due to health problems I am unable to excercise so I am reliant on diet only......any tips…
