I have been thinking of being a weekday vegetarian to help with eating right. I used to be a full time vegetarian in high school, but with household pressures I swayed to only not eating red meat. Any suggestions on how to get back into the swing of this again?:happy:
I've been doing this for a little over a month now, and have mainly tried doing it on my own. Now I am more open to the idea of trying the community side of this website.
