Okay here it goes, I will work my way up to working out twice a day four times a week by Oct. 31, Cut down on my sugar intake and keep it below my weekly goal, and seriously try to lose between 5-8 lbs this month.

Hi, I'm 23 and have RA, too. It really sucks, because a flare up will knock me out for a week and then I lose motivation for another week then before I know it I gained back half of what I lost. I'm still in the beginning of my diagnostics, and nothing seems to help. --Erica :ohwell:

I'm 5'6", and my Dr my whole life has always just known I am a bigger girl. She would like me to get and maintain at 160.

I personally like being told I don't look like I weigh as much as I do. It means I carry my weight well, and there is a bunch of muscle mass to account for that too.

I've found this to be the most accurate, too. I would go back and look at my logging and on a day that I was under my calorie goal when I went to bed, I would be about 300 calories over because it over estimated my activity during the day.

I use a fitbit for both part one and part three. It isn't perfect about movements, but it keeps track of my day pretty well so I don't over eat. It syncs up with mfp pretty well.

Most days I can do both, but on the days I am too tired to bother with one, I at least have the other one in. I am in LOVE with my fitbit, and in the beginning it was double counting my calories until I figured out how that it should just be based off of the fitbit dashboard, which is more accurate to your intensity and effort.
