Once in a while when I'm in a pinch for time, I eat a cup of Ramen Noodles for lunch. I'm excited to try something new! I've tried counting calories before, but have never had a nice tool to track these along with exercise too! Very cool! I've always been overweight, except for maybe a month or two...anyhow, I'm ready to start a healthy habit!
