I ride my bike to school everyday and there are two really big hills I used to have to get off and walk up. These past couple of days I have been able to bike up them with ease and they do not seem so big. I know its silly but it made me feel really good:)

In a funk
I am kinda in a funk! Ever since I came back from Haiti it has been really hard to get back into eating healthy again. I have been exercising still but its a little pointless since my eating has been horrible! How do u get out of the mindset of feeling down and back on track?
