On a label of one of a package that i brought, it said that the calories is 75, but the energy is 123kcal? so which one is the correct amount of calories to put into myfitnesspal since it is not in the database..?
What are some food that are high in healthy fats beside nuts and avocados or peanut butter? since i don't like the taste of them, and most of the time I don't eat enough calories -.-
