Kefir?
i want to start the 17-day-diet. Kefir is mentioned in some of the meals, but I have never heard of it, and cant find it at some grocery stores... does anyone know where I can find it? I live in AZ, so we have WM, Albertsons, Frys, and Mexican Grocers
