starting weight change?
I need some help. When I first signed up I guessed my initial weight. Later, when I had access to a scale I found out that I am 10 pounds lighter than I guessed. Does anyone know how to change the starting weight? Now my profile says I have lost 10 pounds but I really haven't.

I have been trying really hard and eating a lot of veggies daily. Today, for lunch, I had all vegetables except for an egg and some lunch meat. Somehow I always end up with too much protein. I feel like I am eating well, but somehow vegetables make my protein levels too high. Am I doing something wrong?
