I lost 30 or so pounds over a period of several years but after a series of stressful events...gained it back. I'm tired of thinking about food and I really need to make good choices forever. I need some encouragement and ideas on how to proceed. I know how to eat well but I must be doing something wrong to have gained it…
I'm at 1240 calories which is supposed to net me a 1 pound per week weight loss. If I am very strict 5 days per week, it does work. What about everyone else?
