I have found my newest fav. I was wanting chips and dip but didn't want all the calories soooooo I used low-fat wheat thins and fat free cottage cheese :) its super yummy :) especially with a little onion salt or garlic salt

pulled musle in back
I have been working out 6 nights a week and last night I bent over to pick up an empty laundry basket and pulled a musle in my back :( any suggestions other than ice and ibprophen?
