:) that is not a joke lol 1600 seems like an enormous amout of food been trying to beak it down to 4 - 400 calorie meals that seems to help some :) not so over whelming that way

Due to thyroid issues I don't generally get hungry so I have to set reminders on my phone that I should eat lol sad I know

No I wasnt eating anything over 1200 a day so that didn't work and I figure my doctor is a very smart woman for a reason soooooo we'll try it her way and see where I get :)

well I had planned on keep the calories up from now on :) but hoping for something to happen lol patience isn't really my long suit but I'm trying to be :)

Hopefully it won't take long :) I have no intentions of changing the amount of calories I burn a day unless I do more so hopefully things should start happening soon:)

Yeah I thought I just had to get to 1200 lol I haven't ever had an appatite to speak of when I started mfp I was on average eat 600-700 cals a day I also have thyroid disease :-/

I always do an hour intense cardio (varies everyday) and an hour and a half to two hours of strength training (also varies everyday)

Ok I didn't know that I eat a lot of whole grains because its good for you lol so I'm gonna give this a try no cereal bars no brown rice or whole grain breads and see what that does I've been stuck for about 2 weeks now not loosing :)

I log my food everyday everything I eat I have my calories set at 1300 a day and very rarely do I ever go over :)

Hi I also have hypothyroid :(. Its very tough to loose weight. I have been going to the gym religiously burning over 900 cals a day and actually gained .6lb very frustrating. I did some research about it online and all I could find was drs saying you can loose weight with hypo but you have to work twice as hard as…

I keep protein bars in my purse and car for those oops moments when I'm out and cant get real food. I avoid fast food at all coat just such horrible fat calories in my opinion. I am ok with subway salads but thats about it these days. :)

Well after 11 days our my dr finally released me yesterday :) still have to do some therapy exercises but tonight is my first night back to the gym :) I'm so excited but after 11 days its gonna be a whoopin :-/ and I did gain 2 lbs over thanksgiving inhale

Got it stretching never even thought about that :) I have been working out 6 days a week for some time now never had a problem with it so I'm hopeful this is just a minor issue and now that I'm physically stronger and in better shape that it won't take as long to bounce back :)

I always have a high protein shake after I workout (260 cals) but I workout 6 days a week and burn between 700-1000 calories at the gym a day and I eat 1300 cals a day including shakes. I still have a very slow appetite which I'm told is a good thing however can be very frustrating when you need to eat and your not hungry…

I work evenings and dont get to the gym until about 10p so I add all my gym calories to that day not the next day . I try to get to 1300 cals a day somedays I dont make it but I keep trying :) I dont understand what you mean about eating earn exercise cals tho?

I'm very ocd about calories it cant be to the point of annoying I use to be that way with the scale also but found that if I had the next size smaller jeans that I would try them on everyday instead of weighing bc I could physically see the difference in my body way before the scale would budge :) haven't figures out the…

I am a very thirsty person all the time. When its cold its worse. I chew gum ot keeps my mouth from drying out without having to hassle with a water bottle :) also I live in the north its cold up here. I suggest under armor cold weather gear. Thats helps me focus on breathing and not freezing to death lol hope that helps
