Counting Oatmeal?
How do you count Oatmeal? The container gives you calories for 1/2 cup dry. Made with water and nothing else it becomes about a cup cooked. But I don't see anything in the data base? Do i count a full cup dry or stay with calories for the half cup? I'm so confused!

Eating Exercise Calories?
I'm sure this has been discussed a million times or more. I've scrolled thru several boards and can't find anything current. So....are calories burned during exercise meant to be eaten back? I'm exercising very moderately as I get back in the swing to start....so I don't think I need them as much as someone doing more high…

Calories Changed?
Just started last week. Dropped a couple pounds, and this morning I noticed my calorie per day goal changed. Does the system automatically re-adjust based on weight lost and goal? Thanks!
