Naked and lost.
Well today is the first day without my Bodymedia since Jan 1st. other than a quick holiday in Feb.I feel naked and lost! Sending it back today for a warranty replacement. Vacation!
Today will be my last day with my BMF armband for 9 days. Heading to the Riviera Maya. I have become pretty dependent on my armband and MFP. Weekends are tough for me so 9 days could be brutal. I don't plan on losing but I sure hope I can maintain. Adios my friends!

Vigorous activity?
Does anybody have issues with Vigorous activity being recorded? No matter what I do my BMF will not register vigorous. I have tried running as fast as i can on my treadmill and done jumping jacks as fast a possible and it will still only register as moderate.
