Just curious when I enter my strength training into the exercise section, why doesn't my fitness pal.com tell me that I'm not burning any calories??? That can't be right??
Hello, My aerobics instructor mentioned this web site in class today so I thought I check it out. I try to be as active as I can by going to aerobics about 4 times a week. However, I really don't notice any difference with my weight. I know I need to spend more time watching what I eat. Hopefully this web site will help me…
