Hello,
My aerobics instructor mentioned this web site in class today so I thought I check it out. I try to be as active as I can by going to aerobics about 4 times a week. However, I really don't notice any difference with my weight. I know I need to spend more time watching what I eat. Hopefully this web site will help me keep track of my diet.

Welcome! MFP is an awesome place! I too had a friend recommend this website to me and I started logging my food. I have always worked out/ played sports but never saw too much improvement in my weight and I wasn't anywhere near what I want to weigh.
Working out is great but it really is diet that makes the difference. So after years of working out and not changing weight... 6 weeks on MFP and making lifestyle changes and better food choices. 10 pounds down!
