Having 'bad days' and could do with some motivation :(

Toning Arms
One of the areas I struggle with the most is the tops of my arms! I've been doing bicep curls and tricep extensions every day (3 sets of 20 reps with 1kg weights) but is this going to be enough to start losing the flab from the under my arms?? Any suggestions/tips of anything else I can do is greatly appreciated!
