Does anyone have (or know of) any yummy recipes for apples. Apple pie is out ( I would eat the whole thing myself). I was going to try some homemade apple sauce but I am looking for other suggestions as well. Thanks!
Just wondering how many of you have changed the carb amount that MFP assigned you when you entered all of your info. Based on my info, MFP says I should have 165g per day. That seems awfully high to me and I am eating no where near that amount. I just upped my protein amount as I am always eating more than what MFP…
Currently, I use Smart Balance Omega 3 Buttery Spread on english muffins, bagel thins, etc. However, 80 calories per tbsp seems awfully high to me. Does anyone have any lower calorie alternatives that taste just as good?
