I read that in Jackie Warner's new book too!

I like Lay's Lightly Salted. They're 160 calories for 15 chips so I eat 1/2 a serving with a sandwich or when I want something crunchy and salty. http://www.fritolay.com/our-snacks/lays-lightly-salted.html

I was just wondering the same thing. Has anyone taken the test and adjusted their eating based on the results? If so, how did it work out for you? Thanks!

I have been tracking my sugar and sodium as well but staying within those numbers didn't seem unrealistic at all and I have been able to do so. The carb, protein, fat just seemed so far off to me. Thanks everyone!

Thanks! I was also thinking that my fat amount (10%) seemed on the low side and I always end up going over it. I will set it to 20% and see how I do.

I seem to be having the same problem. Working out, eating well within my 1200 calories per MFP and not making much progress. I'm not sure about upping my calories just yet. I am going to try much harder to eat back my exercise calories to see if it makes a difference. If not, then I will try upping my calories. What have I…

Definately the black dress. Love the shoes that go with it! You look great! Congrats on your success!

Earth Balance has more calories and fat than Smart Balance and is made with the same natural oil blend.

As other options, I do use Skippy All Natural PB or Laughing Cow wedges. Sometimes I just want butter.
