Currently, I use Smart Balance Omega 3 Buttery Spread on english muffins, bagel thins, etc. However, 80 calories per tbsp seems awfully high to me. Does anyone have any lower calorie alternatives that taste just as good?

    I use the real thing, sparingly. Or I have just done fruit spread, without butter, or even peanut or almond butter.

    As other options, I do use Skippy All Natural PB or Laughing Cow wedges. Sometimes I just want butter.

    Nothing tastes as good as butter. Use half a tablespoon instead of a whole one. 50 calories! And real!

    Greek yogurt! I spread Fage 0% on my toaster waffles with a drizzle of honey and it adds a creaminess like sour cream or cream cheese but without the cheesy flavor.
