I started this morning on a new (temp) "cleanse"... by which I had a fruit (mango) and a cup of coffee for breakfast, 2-3 servings of vegies for both lunch and dinner with a spoonful of PB as a snack. I also had a cup of cinnamon applesause for "dessert". After logging it in, I realized I've ate less than 500…
I just started the other day with MyFitness... and I am loving it! I am trying to figure out the ticker tool, though. I copy and pasted it in a blog yesterday, and it just showed the link... not the ticker. I cannot seem to get it to post. Any suggestions??? Thanks! :)
