I like to make these celery "logs".. no, not the kind with raisins & PB...no knocking it either.. :) But its 1-2 Celery stalkes, cleaned and cut into 3-4 inches long (your preference, reall)- Fill with your choice of cream cheese and top with crispy (I bake mine) bacon pieces. Yum!

Sorry all.... been away from the computer all weekend! Went on a mini vacation, and came back to find that there is a fire in the next town over. On top of that, my fence decided to try to fall over. EEK! Hope everyone had a better holiday weekend than I did!
