Are they crazy?!
So, I just calculated my BMR and being that I am 1) obese and 2) moderately active, it's saying I need to eat close to 3,000 calories! Now, I've also heard you're not supposed to eat less than that...I can't eat that much! Is this why I can't lose weight? I'm not eating ENOUGH? This is ridiculous! I set my calorie goal…
