So, I just calculated my BMR and being that I am 1) obese and 2) moderately active, it's saying I need to eat close to 3,000 calories! Now, I've also heard you're not supposed to eat less than that...I can't eat that much! Is this why I can't lose weight? I'm not eating ENOUGH? This is ridiculous! I set my calorie goal here to 1600 and I rarely eat more than that unless I go to a buffet or something. What should I do? Do I need to force 1400 more calories down my throat everyday?
