So I've been on a 1200 calorie diet for about 2 months going on 3 I'm 5'4 and my starting weight was 155 and i'm down to 147 I cannot and mean cannot get under 145 I drink 64 ounces of water a day and work out 4-5 days a week including Zumba and Pilates.
