Hello fellow Herablifers. I just started the program and am somewhat lost on what kind of snacks to eat. I'm VERY hungry between meals, and trying to maintain a 1,200 net calorie intake per day. I find that the protein rich snacks are high in calories. What are you all eating between shakes and meals?
