Hey Guys, I joined here a while ago and had a great start, I then had my daughter and haven't done anything in the way of fitness or healthy eating since. Looking for some buddies so we can motivate each other through our journey... I'm a single mum and full time mature student so quick, basic meals are my preference :) Xx
Ok, so I have been on MFP continuously since 1st Jan this year. In my first week I lost 5 1/2 lbs (which I understand was mostly, if not all of my water weight).
