I am thinking of getting a Fitbit flex but as about half of my excercise tends to be on cardio machines or weight lifting I wanted to know if it would actually be any use to me. Does it track calories burnt if I am on a stationary bike or lifting for example? Thanks for the help :)
I have been hitting the gym 4/5 times a week for the past 3 months. I usually spend around 1.5-2hrs there each time and do a mix of cardio and weight training.
