Really confused
I've been having a nosy at other people's daily food diaries and have noticed that their calorie targets fluctuate somewhat from day to day. Am I missing something?!

Nutritional breakdown
So I've looked at the composition of what I've eaten today, apparently it's 63% carbs, 22% protein and 15% fat. Anyone any ideas what I should be aiming for?

New here, please add me as a friend
I'm new to this and it's a bit daunting, could really do with the support! Have decided to stick with 1380cals a day (.5lb loss per week) instead of 1200cals (1lb loss per week)!

Sugar
Ok, so I'm doing weightwatchers at the moment and really want to clue myself up on MFP before fully switching over to calorie counting. I have realised, a lot of my problem is the amount of sugar I eat, I seem to crave sweet things, and although this is all eaten within my Propoints limit, it cannot be healthy! Have other…

1200 cals seems
A bit low.... I'm 5ft, 122lbs, wanting to lose 10lbs, quite inactive although on my feet a lot of the day with my job. 1200 cals seems a little low, not sure if its sustainable?! Does anyone else have similar stats and what is your daily cal intake?

Typical 1200 cal per day menu
I live in England so a lot of foods I hear mentioned we don't have available. I was wondering if people who are around the 1200-1300 cal per day mark could share a typical menu with me so I can get ideas? Thanks x

So I've just found a TDEE calculator
On the Internet, it's says my TDEE is 1579cals. Whereabouts on MFP do I go to work out how many cals to lose?

Forgive me for sounding stupid, but
I'm currently doing Weightwatchers, but my weight has stayed the same for the past 6 months so its time to try something different. MFP has recommended that I eat 1200 calories a day, so do I aim to eat LESS than this?! I'm confused! Also, please friend request, I need all the help I can get! I started at 144 lbs, I'm…

Am 90% sure I'm going to go from WW to MFP/calorie counting, I've reached a 6 month plateau and its time to try something new I think! Could anybody 'supply' me with the basics? Ie I know it's calorie counting but I'm so used to Propoints on weightwatchers! Where do I start? Help! Thanks in advance, Melissa x

Hi all, my name's Melissa. I joined Weightwatchers last January, starting at 10st4, I managed to get down to 8st10 by July. Since then my weight has fluctuated by plus/minus 2lbs. I'm currently 8st11.5 and am strictly following the plan. I'm so gutted, getting on the scales every week to see that nothing has happened. As…

Help - reached a plateau.......
I've been doing weightwatchers since January and have lost 19lbs on the plan. However, for the past 9 weeks my weight has stayed the same. I've decided to do MyFitnessPal alongside WW to try and monitor how much fruit I'm eating,it's working out at about an additional 400 calories a day on top of my 26poi ts (1040 cals),…

Anybody done Weightwatchers?
Been on WW since January and lost 20lbs. Have found that my weight loss has come to a halt and no ideas what I'm doing wrong. I have a sneaking suspicion it may have something to do with the amount of fruit I'm eating which is 0PP on the WW plan. Has anybody done WW before? Did you find counting the calories in fruit and…
