Couscous vs Quinoa
Just curious what everyone's thoughts are on these two foods. I saw couscous at the store today and noticed it was about half the price of quinoa. Seemed like it had pretty similar nutritional info. Any thoughts?

Fats
Currently I'm on an 1,800 a day nutrition plan. Within that I have my fats set at 50 gm per day. I usually try to stick to healthy fats, but rarely get to my full amount of 50 gms of fat. What's everyone's opinion on how many grams of fat I should be eating in an 1,800 calorie per day nutrition plan?
