30 day shred question
Today was my first day of the 30 day shred video and I am not sure how to log it! Can anyone help me? I put it in as circuit training, general for 20 min and it says I burned 219 calories.. that seems a little high to me.

No good, very bad day
Did not do well today. At. All. Went to work unprepared (food wise) and ended up eating things I should not have.
