ok, so i have been watching my calories for about 3 weeks now, and i haven't lost weight, i actually lost only 3lbs then gained 10lbs. so i didn't lose any weight...so im thinking of taking diet pills along with working out and eating the right amount of calories. or are they to harmful to your body?
when i get really emotional, and get really stressed. i eat....i think that's why i eat so much. when i get really stressed, or when i fight with an ex, and get hurt, i eat. how do i stop eating all the time when that's what i turn to for comfort?
