Good Workout Ideas?
Anyone have any intense workout ideas?! I tend to work on running at a fast pace and now im going for distance and speed. I also occasionally bust out a P90X video here and there, but I'm a lil bored and want to try something else!

Too much Sugar and Protein?! Really
I feel like I'm eating like a rabbit! Only a little bit of fruit and a ton of vegetables and some chicken breast and turkey burger is the mass of my diet everyday! Does anyone else always go over sugar and protein but not fat and sodium? Any food tips?!

Why am I maintaining?!
Can anyone tell me why I have been working out everyday cardio and weights and eating less than my calorie goal and I am still the same weight as I was almost one month ago?! Seems like I am doing all this work just to maintain, but I am trying to lose ten more pounds! HELP!!!!

Calories Burned?!
I thought the whole point of burning calories off was to help lose weight? So on here, this is basically saying you worked out so u need to eat these calories you burned? I get that you need food to fuel yourself, but if your trying to lose weight shouldn;t you stick to your calorie goal and try to burn off extra??
