I see so many success stories on here. I am curious, how does your diet differ now from your eating habits before? Were you big calorie eaters? Unhealthy eaters? Sedentary lifestyles? What made the difference?
Okay. Usually my days progress nicely. Mornings are spent with healthy, lower Carb portions for breakfast moving into a nice salad for lunch. Today...being Easter...not so much. I initially lost my weight doing Atkins and then came the pregnancy...now I am trying again. Restarted it on January 23 and have been able to come back off the insulins. I'm curious to know if anyone else is using Atkins to change their habits?
