Hello! I'm doing the 17 day diet--on day 3 of cycle 1--wanted to know if there are any folks out there looking to team up motivation-wise!
I workout about 5 days a week....but I don't see much change in the size of my gut.... What are some exercises do you folks suggest I do on a regular basis to start slimming this thing down? FYI: I know about the nutrition portion is very important...but I'm concentrating on the exercise portion right now. Thanks!
Anyone else having this type of issue? At one point 2 weeks ago I had gotten below 300, but now I'm back on the plus side of 300 but my clothes aren't fitting tighter (in some cases they are fitting better).
