Is there an iPhone app for the C25K? I have a heard time keeping track of the times to walk and jog and also listen to my music and keep track of my dog. If I'm constantly fiddling with a timer, me or my dog is gonna get run over!

Getting Back on Track
Hey all. I lost 80 lbs a year ago. In the year since, I have put 20lbs back on and my glucose numbers have gone up. I use to be on a different website, but a friend turned me on to this and the iPhone app, and I was hooked. No more manually entering so many products! Look forward to losing weight!
