Which do you think is best for fat loss?
I haven't done a before and after pic in awhile so decided to since I am only 5 lbs away from goal and a few people have asked me to do it. It has been a lot of hard work but I can honestly say that I am really starting to feel happy with myself and all the work that I have done!
