Trial and error
Well as much as I love pushing myself, today I realized that I have to listen to my body. I tried for 2 days doing level 4 at 3.0 speed on the treadmill 2 weeks ago. On the second day, my right ankle was in so much pain I could barely walk out of the gym, so I took it back down to my norm level 2.5 at 2.7 speed, however…
