Trial and error

Well as much as I love pushing myself, today I realized that I have to listen to my body. I tried for 2 days doing level 4 at 3.0 speed on the treadmill 2 weeks ago. On the second day, my right ankle was in so much pain I could barely walk out of the gym, so I took it back down to my norm level 2.5 at 2.7 speed, however today I raised the speed to 2.8 and my right ankle is now in an ace bandage. Oh well, at least I know where to stay at on the treadmill until I get some of this weight off me.. I realize this is to much weight to walk at those levels and speed right now. I am disappointed :frown: that I can achieve my goals but I am not discourage. It will take much longer but it will get done.
