I was originally planing on buying myself a Pedometer, the Omron HJ-112 but I've seen some great posts on heart rate monitors and so now I'm a little confused. Which is most convenient? and which is most accurate for calories burnt count? What do you think?
Anyone out there use the Nintendo Wii games and know the calories burnt on some of the games? For example the boxing and tennis games, I am working up a great sweat while playing but don't know how I should log them. Any ideas?
