I've been doing zumba for a few months. I tried using my Brooks Ghost running shoes, but they didn't feel good. I am currently using Puma Faas 500's but still feel I could have more support. What do you wear? Suggestions??
I'll be taking my first Zumba class tomorrow. What should I expect??
I've seen so many people with their goals on the profiles or signatures - ie...SW 209 by 01/23/2011. How do you calculate or estimate or set those goals? Is it all "math" or determination or both. Can you tell I'm a little lost?! ;) :embarassed:

I am run/walking a 5k tomorrow, what, if any, excercise should I do today?
How many calories does that actually burn? Do I really only log in 20 mins of exercise eventhough I THINK I've burned more calories than a typical 20 mins on the treadmill?? Any and all comments welcome!! :)
