Help on losing belly fat
I need help on how to lose stomach fat. I'm small framed and weigh 112, I am comfortable with my body. The only place I want/need to lose weight is my stomach, that's where it seems to stick around. The problem is I don't want/need to lose weight anywhere else because I would look to skinny. Any advise on how to do this?

Do you count steps towards calories burned?
If I take 10,00 + steps a day do I add some of this to my exercise or is it part of my regular daily calories burned?
