Yea thats what i'm afraid of, cause if you try hard enough you can always lose weight but you can't control what your stomache will look like after birth.

When you brew your coffee you can add a little bit of cinnamon (very little amount) just a little sprinkle to your coffee grinds. I do this and it gives it a flavor, then I just add 1% milk and splenda, so it's very low in calories.

Well I make sure I get to 10,000 steps a day, before I started trying I typically only took between 7000-8000. I marked myself as sedentary for activity level because I do sit at a desk for the majority of the day, but I ensure I get my 10,00 steps.
