Why arent I seeing any results yet?
So I am currently in week 4 of my change of life style for the healthier me. I choose to eat right, portion my food and work out every day which I even joined the gym. I even do dance cardio and zumba during the week as well. My thing is I lost 10lbs a week or 2 ago and its like ill gain about 2lbs here and then loose it…
