Calorie goal
Can anyone tell me my daily calorie goal to lose weight (.5lb per week). MFP keeps changing my numbers and what I've Googled is all over the place. Im 28 5'5" 135 lbs Lightly active (exercise 5x a week, 30 min)

Non-sugar sweetener closest to sugar taste
Which non-sugar sweetener tastes closest to real sugar? I know Equal and Sweet n Low both have an artitical taste which I hate. I did Stevia in the past and was good with it until I had my 2nd baby then it tasted fake to me. I think Splenda was the same. Any suggestions of others to try?

Feeling discouraged
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. For 5 weeks now I have been exercising 5x a week (cardio & strength) for 30 minutes AND tracking my food Mon-Fri and haven't lost even 0.5lb. Why are some serving sizes so off?
Going to eat some split peas and the package says a serving size is 1/4 cup (35g) dry. So I measure out 1/4 cup and weigh it and it's 51g. So which serving do I go by? The 1/4 cup or the 35g?
