Do you all lift at a gym? I would LOVE to have results like these but all I have at home is two 25lb dumbells. I am not a member of a gym.

You look awesome! Keep rockin it!!

For me it's also coffee w/cream & sugar. I just cannot do without it.

My advice is to find what healthy foods you AREN'T allergic to and stick with that for awhile. Add in some light exercise and eat at a deficit. Should result in some weightloss. Good luck.

I am 5'5" and it was not noticeable on me to go from 134 to 128. It was noticeable to go from 138--128 though

I am still nursing my 2yr old and don't make any adjustments but for the first year or so of nursing I added about 300-500 extra calories to my goal to make up for it.

I weigh myself every Friday. I am trying to lose 7 more lbs so I like to see where my progress is weekly.

I am currently 132.5lbs and my goal is 125.

Yesterday it was 1640 and today I entered my current weight and it went to 1630. Googling says anywhere from 1300-1600. I'm just unsure and want to be on track.

True, but I never eat back my exercise calories. Guess I just have to suck it up and do it

Thanks for the suggestions everyone

I always go over calories on weekends no doubt about that BUT I just don't get why that was okay before and I lost weight but now it's not working the same. I just hate not giving myself at least 1 day of freedom from constant logging.
-
I've been using the food scale for the whole 5 weeks
-
Mainly just because last time i used mfp and lost 10lbs I always gave myself the weekend off and it wasn't an issue. Im not sure why it would be now.
-
I don't log on weekends. I don't usually overindulge either. I just don't log.

Today I had 2 thin slices of cucumber as the "bread" of my turkey & cheese sandwich. The cheese was an Aldi version of the reduced fat laughing cow cheese wedges. 25 calories per wedge.

The possibilities are endless really. I follow Skinnytaste on fb and they have LOTS of great, healthy meals. Also "Diary of a fit mommy" has lots of good, yummy but healthy snacks/meals. My 9yr old loves apple slices w/peanut butter. Good mix of fat/protein/carbs/fiber.

Thanks for your help!

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 125. Im at 133 now. I was 125 pre-baby and I just liked being slimmer so thats why im shooting for 125. Everyone has their own preferences of their bodies.
