Any Breastfeeding Moms out there trying to lose weight too?

I am not trying to do any extreme dieting, but I do want to lose some more pregnancy weight while still breastfeeding by exercising more. Just after my child's birth 18 weeks ago, 20 lbs. melted off easily from breastfeeding. It plateaued for about a month or two, and then surprisingly it picked back up so in the last few weeks I lost an additional 4 lbs. out of nowhere! This has motivated me to reach my goal of another 21 lbs. this year... Not too strict right?
If you have been there or are doing that, let me know your experience!

Yes! It sounds like I have the same plan as you - increase workouts. Additionally, I'm keeping track of what I eat and will continue as long as my milk supply is not affected. I've been doing this for 5 weeks and have not lost anything, but I didn't lose weight when I breastfed my first son. My goal is overall health.

Same here, first 25 lbs melted off, my son is 3 months now and the weight loss has stagnated! Trying to loose the extra 15 lbs I gained and then some without affecting my milk supply.

My son is 15 months, still breastfeeding and I've yet to have the lbs "melt off." I also gained about 7/8 lbs in the last 6 months because I am so hungry (and got lazy about food prep, poor food choices, and my son is on a gym-daycare strike!).

I'm looking to lose the last 15-20, hopefully in the next 5-6 months. We'd like to try for another baby at the end of summer, and I'd like to be more fit first.
