What did YOU eat today?

Idk if this is already a thread but if it is then a mod can kindly point me to it.
I really enjoy hearing other people's meals and also sharing my good days and my weird days. I really hope to keep this thread going with daily updates too. So breakfast to dinner and the snacks in between, what did YOU eat today?
I will start!
Breakfast- 1/4 cup unshelled pistachios. 1 apple sliced with cinnamon. 1 cup coconut water. black coffee.
Snack- 2 ounces guacamole and a couple tortilla chips. 1/3 cup black beans. 3-4 T. salsa.
Lunch- 5 lightlife smart dogs. 5!
Dinner- green leaf lettuce wraps with seasoned quinoa, raw onions and bell pepper and baked tempeh. 1/4 cup strawberries.
Snack- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1 T. honey peanut butter. green tea.

I haven't eaten yet as I've just woken up, but I plan to eat 4 hot dogs, 2 protein shakes and a pizza.3

L - sandwich, carrots, string cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese
D - Pork stir fry with quinoa, broccoli, and peppers

Soft boiled egg with one ryvita cracker.. Avo smushed on it.
The most amazing green bean potato homemade soup and a quick small romaine salad with basil parmesan dressing and slices of ham on it.
Green beans and pork loin chop cooked in mushroom soup. I also had a 100 calorie pack chocolate covered pretzels.. 3 cookies and a small handful of dry cereal. Eek. Hahaha.0 -

Raspberry Greek yogurt with chocolate chips
A turkey pastrami and horseradish sandwich
Baby carrots
Protein snack bar
Raspberry diet Snapple
Taco bowl (ground beef, black beans, peppers, onions, corn, sour cream, and spices)
And I have room for a snack or two tonight.0 -
Breakfast - grilled pork chop (no seasoning) 2oz, brown rice 3.5oz, veggies (no seasoning) 4oz
Lunch - same as breakfast
Dinner - brown rice 5oz, salmon (no seasoning) 4oz, veggies (no seasoning) 4oz
Snacks - banana (large), purple yam 5oz, whole natural almonds 2oz1 -
Today I had coffee with non dairy creamer in the morning, left over thin crust pizza from dinner, 115g of turkey sausage for protein, and for snacks I had a slim fast shake and still have a kind bar if I'm hungry. Dinner will be chicken stir fry with broccoli and rice. I might skip my second snack (didn't need one this AM) and have a little extra rice with dinner.0

Feeling nauseated all day, took a nap instead of going to the gym. The last few weeks have been really stressful and I think it's catching up with me now.0 -

I enjoy these types of threads..it helps me think about what I ate and if it was enough etc. I get busy and forget sometimes. Plus it's fun to get ideas from others2 -
My day:
Started with coworker bringing me Starbucks hot chocolate
Herbal tea, marcona almonds and an apple
Granola bar with flax seeds all up in it
One stick of a kit kat- shared the rest
Water
Another cup of hot chocolate!
Water
2 slices of leftover vegetable deep dish 9 grain pizza- no cheese
Water
Berries & yogurt
Ended with dreams about hot chocolate1 -
Ezekiel toast with jam, tea with soymilk, tofurky sandwich with nayonaise and lettuce, banana, peanut butter and vegemite sandwich and one hard candy. I don't usually eat six pieces of ezekiel in a day... it's just a sandwich kind of day, I guess.0

B - coffee with lemon and coffee with 1 tbs half and half, one fried egg on a half of a fiber english muffin and a quarter avocado, 2 kiwis
L - half serving of sriracha salmon quinoa bowl, half cup of carrots
S - smoothie made with a half scoop of chocolate protein powder, frozen half banana, frozen berries, tbs almond butter, and cup of unsweetened almond milk
D - HUGE taco salad
S - a glass of malbec
and tooooons of watermelon lime tea!0 -
breakfast: 1/3 wawa chariso cresant sandwich & hash browns
lunch: 1 cup cranberry walnut feta salad & 1 rotisery chicken leg
dinner:1 hotdog and bun 1 tbs baked beans 1 tbs coleslaw 1/2 cup french green beans & almonds
snak: 1/4 nutritian bar
still within my 1200 cal goal so...
desert: ?
will probably be cranberry sause or icecream (icecream and pizza are my down fall!)1 -

Sometimes I have those days too. I hope you feel better. It's not fun to be sick and then the added stress of missing the gym. Take it easy though so you can be back at it fast!!0 -

L- dinner leftovers of a potato sausage dish, diced mango
S- Chex mix

L- burger lettuce wrap with tomato, 2 mandarin oranges, a snack size bag of cheetos
S- Kashi strawberry cereal bar, 6 hershey kisses, crackers and cheese
D- Salad topped with avocado and tuna, and some strawberries and apple slices with a teensy bit of caramel for dessert1 -

Breakfast - white tea, 30g traditional oats cooked with water, topped with strawberries, 60g plain Greek yogurt and 10g golden syrup
Lunch - peanut butter and honey sandwich on white bread
Snack - Anzac biscuit, skim milk plunge coffee with 2 marshmallows and some spray cream
The rest is planned but not yet eaten
Dinner - orange, ginger and garlic roast chicken, roast potato and sweet potato, green peas, maybe some other roast veggie depending on what's in the fridge (all home cooked)
Supper - skinny latte, probably some ice cream and another Anzac biscuit0 -

Lunch: green salad, goats cheese and brussels pate on dark rye
Dinner: salmon & prawn taco w/roasted bell peppers & onion & homemade guacamole
Snacks: Braeburn apple and a mint clif bar
(all weighed/measured, total just under 1700)1 -
Alright it's still morning but here is today's plan.
Breakfast- special k w/strawberries and unsweetened flax milk. 1/4 cup pistachios. coffee w/ unsweetened flax milk.
Lunch- grilled yellow squash, zucchinis and red bell pepper. 1/2 cup black beans. salad w/pico, guacamole and salsa.
Snack- protein shake made w/ unsweetened flax milk
Dinner- seasame tofu and veggie stirfry w/ cauliflower "rice". glass of red wine (maybe).0 -
Post-Workout - PEScience 1-Carb waffle with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas
Breakfast - Apple slices with yogurt mixed with peanut butter
Lunch - Blueberry coconut protein oatmeal with coconut peanut butter
Dinner - Egg white and spinach omelet with a white cheddar Laughing Cow cheese wedge and turkey bacon
Dessert - Black bean brownie with Halo Top ice cream
Basically breakfast for every meal, just how I like it. Not enough vegetables, but oh well.1 -
Breakfast- 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese, sliced tomato, and cracked pepper on homemade oatmeal bread. Coffee black
Lunch- buffalo chicken spaghetti squash casserole
snack- 100 cal Wholly Guacamole cup w/ steamed broccoli
Dinner - taco salad w/ ground hamburg, lettuce, tomato, onion, hot sauce and yellow rice1 -

Today went in an unexpected direction after a family member called a few minutes ago and offered free lunch at Applebees. This was as I was eating lunch. But, I do not ever turn down free food
So today's new plan is:
-double serving of rice with double serving California blend veggies, with 81g of chicken and 1.5 servings of Sweet Baby Rays sweet n' sour sauce
-Applebees sweet potato fries and dips appetizer (over 1,000 calories of awesomeness!)
-oats bowl with serving of quick oats, a pkt of flavored instant oats and then a serving of Bear Naked granola
Over on calories for the day and I have no regrets lol.0 -
Breakfast: 30g Bran flakes with 120ml semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 100g Chicken breast , 20g rocket, 60g tomato, 50g cucumber, 2 boiled medium eggs and 20g 80% less fat Mayo
Dinner: Home made Five bean chilli works out to 140 calories per potion, 125g jacket potato with 30g cheese side of 75g broccoli 50g green beans
Snacks: 25g peanut butter (tried it with celery, but it was gross)
