I cant believe i lost 82 pounds in 10 months still have 60 to go but I know i am heading down the right path. My face has changed so much and I feel so much better
One of my goals this year is to run a 5k. How do i train? I currently workout 4x a week and average 2 to 3 miles on the elliptical or treadmill. I know running on the street is going to be very different. Is couch to 5k the best training tool?.
