Anyone doing Weight Watchers w/ MFP?
I was taught how to do WW years ago and never actually went to a meeting. I am using points as well as the calorie system in MFP to track my eating. Is anyone else doing this and if so how successful have you been?

Weigh-In Day: When Do you Do It?
I found that Friday is the best day for me because then I can take a day off on Friday or Saturday without noticing any repercussions on the scale. I only weigh-in one day a week. When and how often does anyone else weigh-in and why do you choose that day?
