I lifted heavy during my half marathon training as well. I had to stop doing legs though because it negatively effected my runs. Just be sure that your nutrition is on point! Completed mine in 1 hour…2 -

I'd suggest reverse dieting back up to find your new maintenance instead of going by what the calculator says. Increase calories by 100-200 every week until you find your new maintenance.2 -
